Backcountry Leadership Camp is an outdoor leadership development adventure. With nature as the classroom, participants lead, plan, and execute a variety of outdoor activities. Your team will reset, reconnect, and emerge more confident, resilient, and equipped to confront new leadership challenges.

Backcountry Leadership Camp can take place any time of the year in a variety of terrains. Expedition distance, difficulty, and duration is customizable, based on abilities and desired outcomes.
