Paddle for Resilience

In support of Wounded Warriors Canada — a national mental health service provider supporting
organizations and professionals exposed to trauma, and their families.

Kingston to Ottawa

Last year, we paddled 1,000 kilometres down the historic Ottawa River from Lac des Outaouais to Westboro Beach, Ottawa, raising $100,000 CAD over a five-week expedition as a team initiative focused on resilience and fundraising.

This year, Gasparotto Group is paddling from Kingston to Ottawa on a new expedition, while inviting Canadians from coast-to coast to Do Hard Things too through Paddle for Resilience by taking on their own journey in support of Wounded Warriors Canada.

In 2026, Paddle for Resilience is a DIY fundraising campaign. We invite YOU to take part by paddling wherever, whenever, and however you choose, or simply by donating, helping raise funds for veterans and trauma-exposed professionals.
